At EB Education Services we offer excellent quality tuition at affordable prices, with various payment options. Pricing is tiered according to key stage, and is charged at an hourly rate. Payments need to be received at least 48 hours prior to the session to confirm the tuition booking.
We stipulate this to eliminate any situation in which the tutor may arrive to deliver a session at the agreed time and there may be nobody at the address. Unfortunately this has occurred in the past, which is why we make the request.
With this in mind we are aware that unforeseen cancellation may be necessary and as such we can usually work around those situations. If a session needs to be cancelled, you need to give minimum of 24 hours notice if possible, for a full refund or to reschedule the session to another mutually convenient date and time. We will always be as accommodating as possible when these situations arise. (Please see our T&Cs for further details).
Our preferred payment method is by direct bank transfer (BACS), due to safeguarding reasons. Payments can be made on a session by session basis, or in multiple session blocks. If you prefer, you can set up a direct debit or standing order, to save making arranging payments a weekly job. All tutors are paid directly by EB Education Services Limited; therefore no money needs to pass hands between the tutor and customer. This eliminates any awkwardness, dealing with counterfeit currency or safeguarding issues. Offers are available for advanced commitment to multiple sessions. Additionally we offer other savings on sessions that are booked as part of our group session programs of study or in other individual circumstances with multiple students.
