Safeguarding is very important to us for many reasons and is something that we take extremely seriously for all of our students, parents/carers and tutors.
Each of our tutors hold a valid DBS certificate, the right to work in the UK and the required qualifications and experience to be able to offer the desired intervention and tuition. Tutors will bring photographic ID on arrival to their first tutoring session for you to check, to ensure that they are the person that you are expecting to arrive.

We ideally request that all payments are made via BACS to ensure that there are no safeguarding issues regarding money handling that may be incurred by our tutors, such as theft or mugging after they leave the session and dealing with counterfeit currency. Under no circumstances should a tutor ever request that a cash payment be made to them, without prior arrangement from head office with yourself as the customer. EB Education Services has a high level of Public Liability Insurance (PLI), Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII) and Employer Liability Insurance (ELI) policies.
EB Education Services holds addresses of all clients and session locations and will ensure the tutor has arrived and left their session safely. All personal details that we hold are encrypted, password protected and are only held for six months, after completion of tutoring, in line with our data protection policy. We request that if tutoring is delivered at a private address, a parent, carer or a suitable adult are within the vicinity whilst the student is receiving tuition.
